Ember Peak Firewood began with a frustration shared by anyone who has ever bought a “seasoned” load that hissed and steamed instead of burning. The firewood trade has too often run on vague loads, wet wood and loose promises — and we set out to prove it can be done properly.
Today we supply premium seasoned hardwood — led by ironbark, one of the densest burning timbers on earth — alongside kindling, natural firelighters, fire pits and hearth accessories. Every product passes the same test: would we burn it in our own homes? If not, it doesn’t carry the Ember Peak name.

Quality you can measure. We publish our moisture standards because we test to them. Below 20% moisture isn’t marketing — it’s a meter reading on every batch that leaves the yard. Dry wood produces more heat, less smoke and cleaner chimneys.
Honest weight, honest pricing. Firewood sold as a “load” or “trailer” tells you nothing. We sell by the tonne and half tonne on calibrated scales, so a tonne means a tonne. No surprises, no short measures.
