How Your Order Arrives

Bulk firewood orders (half ton, ton, 2 and 3 ton loads) are delivered by truck to your property. Standard delivery is tipped at the kerb or a suitable spot on your property where truck access allows. Once tipped, your wood is stacked under cover — our storage guides show you how to keep it dry and burning beautifully.

Small items — kindling bags, firelighters, 20kg firewood bags, accessories and fire pit gear — ship by courier with tracking, nationwide and worldwide.

Delivery Times

Courier items are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your region. Bulk firewood deliveries are booked for the next available window in your area — usually 2–5 business days from ordering, and often faster in peak season when additional trucks are running.

Where We Deliver

Ember Peak Firewood serves customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, with courier delivery of shippable products reaching most destinations worldwide. Bulk firewood delivery operates within truck range of our yard and partner depots — enter your address at checkout and the available options for your order will show automatically. Delivery charges are covered in detail on the delivery charges page, and delivery is a flat $50 on every order.

Pick Up Option

Prefer to collect and save? Our ironbark pick-up and double split pick-up options let you order online and collect by the 250kg scoop — tipped into your trailer or hand-loaded at the yard.

On Delivery Day

Please make sure there’s clear access for a truck where possible, and let us know about gates, narrow driveways or overhead obstacles when ordering. Someone should be home to confirm placement — if that’s tricky, add delivery notes at checkout and we’ll do our best to work around them. More answers in the FAQs, or contact us any time.
