Good To Know
One flat rate, every order. Whether it’s a single kindling bag or a three-tonne ironbark load, delivery is the same flat $50 — no minimum order, no per-item stacking, no checkout surprises. Remote and off-grid addresses may carry a small surcharge where truck access is difficult; if so, we always confirm before dispatch.
Pick-up orders are prepared for collection the same or next business day. Bring straps and a covered trailer if rain threatens — though a little weather won’t hurt our seasoned wood, it’s nicer to keep it that way.
