1. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through emberpeakfirewood.com are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where pricing, stock or delivery feasibility prevent fulfilment, with a full refund of any amount paid.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We accept major card payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices may change between seasons; the price shown at the time of order is the price that applies to your order.
3. Product Information
We work hard to describe products — including firewood species, split sizes, weights and moisture content — accurately. Natural products vary: timber species mix, colour and exact piece size can differ between loads while meeting our stated standards (e.g. moisture below 20%, honest weight). See our refund policy if a product doesn’t meet expectation.
4. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from order confirmation. While most deliveries arrive within the stated window, weather, demand and logistics can cause delays. We will communicate promptly if your delivery is affected. Bulk firewood delivery requires reasonable access; where access is impossible we may need to deliver to the nearest safe point. 5. Fire Safety
Firewood, firelighters, fire pits and related products involve inherent fire risk. You are responsible for using products safely: never leave fires unattended, maintain smoke alarms and use equipment according to its instructions. Our guides include burning and safety advice.
